He is right they fade, unless it was under a cover the past 20 years it might not have that but it has been driven. And with Al gore and his global warming I am sure it doesnt take much to fade 20 year old plastic.

Because its still a 20 year old car. My dad bought it with approx. 4000 miles. Its always been stored inside. Its 20 year old plastic, it fades.

If you are implying that it has more miles than 19k than here is a pic of the pedals.

Would a car with 119k or more have pedals with no visible wear?
That brake pedal looks real dirty compared to the clutch pedal. Looks suspicious to me. ;)
You got me! I'll admit it, it has 219k miles of hard braking. My dad just rev match shifting so he used the clutch very little. :pat:

LOL!

why would you take a mint brake pedal off and put a 200+ mile one on? :pop:

also the carpet indent from the clutch arm... is that from all the little amount of cluth time? mmm

and why no original car mats? too "new" to show? LOL

Not implying anything. Just asking. My car with 46k miles wasn't faded at all. And i'd say 90% of low mile cars taillights are not faded as well.
BTW i'm sure you can buy brand new pedals to make it look like new. ;)

I see that. You should throw it on ebay.
Try Autotrader. Inexpensive to list ... no fees like eBay. Worked well for me when I sold my '89.

Ebay fees are minimal for selling a car on Ebay. To sell a $25K vehicle cost $150 I'd pay that for someone selling my car for me and who knows this guy could get more than his asking so still worth listing!

the clutch pedal looks bent? and why was the hood release cable out? you can see the rubber grommet up close to the release and not at the hole in the firewall?

Sorry, I haven't checked the site in awhile.

The car is still available. It is in storage until the spring but if anybody is interested they are more than welcome to come look at it. It will not be available for test drives until the snow melts and the roads are clear of salt.

The car is legit. It is stock and has the miles I listed. Some of you can nitpick pictures all you want to try to discredit me but the car is exactly as described.

He was down to $19k last fall (posted on the 2nd page of this thread). He is willing to negotiate on the price.

He thought he had it sold a couple of weeks ago but he is not getting a call back from the person so its back up for sale.

PM me and I will give you his contact info.
