I offered 18 k and they turned it down fast and they said they would take no less than 27 k . But I was willing to pay a little extra for the mods I wanted.

For what looks to be a very clean, well put together Mustang that could keep up with or flat out embarass many of today's sports cars costing thousands more? Yep, $15k I just sold one bone stock with 35k miles for that much. You cant add up aftermarket parts. Again its just my opinion.

A car is worth what someone is willing to pay . I would have went 20 tops but salesman told me not to bother. Once I buy a clean stock one and modify it tastefully I will have well over 20 in it

You may not be able to add them up dollar for dollar, but, there are people looking for modded cars and willing to pay the extra money to get them without having to pay all the labor.... Or the time and effort to do the work themselves.
