93 mustang cobra svt. my favorite thing in the world. new water pump. Motor mounts. harmonic balancer. other things I can't think of. buying a house has become the priority so my car has to go. this is a certified legit 93 cobra. less than 5000 made in 93. how many are left? it's not perfect or I'd ask 20k for it. my intention was to make it perfect.

I love to look at this forum for other 93 Cobras for sale... Although I clicked this one expecting to see a picture of a car that wasn't mine lol.
The picture of the Cobra with downtown Chicago in the background was taken by me on January 13th of this year. It is a picture of my Cobra #270. You can see the significant paint fade/oxidation just below the gas door along the tailight, along with my non tinted windows and factory height in the rear as opposed to the other pictures in the seller's ad that have a car that's clearly lowered with tinted windows.
The other picture of my car I posted shows a close up the damage my car has that I'm referring too. And the most obvious of all, my Illinois license plate.

Tough to scam someone on a 93 Cobra if they are aware of this site. Good thing!

I texted him and this was his response. (I am the green text messages)
I just don't understand how he/she didn't "remember" that they posted my picture on their ad. I mean, did they forget that my car isn't the one they are selling?
I'm not mad that the picture was mine, it's just a picture. It just bothers me because my Facebook account is private to view unless I am friends with someone and I am not friends with people that I don't actually know. I posted the picture on my Facebook wall the day I took it and on Latemodel Restoration's Facebook page as a comment under one of their "what taillights do you prefer" post a week or two ago so I'm assuming they retrieved the picture from there...
I apologize for cluttering this thread, I just didn't expect to see my car in a for sale ad from another state.

You should tell him you want 10% of the selling price since your picture probably sells his car!
I'm from Chicago as well. Great city.
