This is a real cobra! build #621. 36,000 orig. miles (Arizona box A). red with black cloth. Paint is original, except for the rear bumper which appears to have had a repaint. All vin tags are in place including the rear bumper. It was purchased new from Beaverton Ford in Brandon, Or. It was optioned with a sunroof, cd, rear defrost, and power driver seat.
Several years after being purchased it was stolen and recovered several days later. When it was recovered it was missing its engine, transmission, both front seats and a couple of small items. It then sat parked for many, many years until it was brought back to life around July of 2014.
It has a new 306 (93 block with Forged pistons). All OEM stuff was installed with the rebuild. It has OEM intake, 1.7 rockers, valve covers, 93 cobra cam, 93 cobra pulleys and 93 dated plug wires. New King Cobra clutch, fresh gt40 heads and a low mileage T-5 World class Transmission. Since purchasing it in July of 2014 with 33,000 miles on the odometer, I have added the following Ford Racing items - Ceramic coated Shorty headers, 3.73 rear end, rear diff cover, springs on all 4 corners and plug wires. I also added Disc Italia slotted rotors, hyper ceramic pads, Koni shocks and struts, Bilstein Quad shocks, Nitto 555's and a BBK X-pipe with no cats. I have almost all of the original parts except for the mufflers and tail pipes.
Because of the theft recovery it is titled as a salvaged car in Arizona. To the best of my knowledge it has never been in an accident. This Cobra is in excellent condition and runs very strong!!! I did have it dyno'd prior to putting in the headers and in 3 runs it put up 244 244 243 horsepower and 288 288 288 torque. I am only selling it because I need the money to buy a house. If you pull a Carfax there is an odometer error that appears to be incorrect. Serious buyers only

So did someone else, ad is already gone... That's a bummer, this is exactly the car I have been looking for.
They don't come up for sale too often, when they do even the salvage ones bring good money. Are you looking for a sunroof car specificly?

No, I am looking for a red one with really good paint and in good driving condition. Don't want a low mile queen, one I can drive and play with but paint being really nice or better is a must for me. This fit the bill and sold quick!
