Owner seems nice enough, but he's asking $27k for it. Even if it's perfect I think that's a tad high.

The cell phone number is a Long Island number BUT the Cobra is here with me in central Virginia near Charlottesville.

I get the area code question a ton, you would think people realize that the house phone days are dead, people have cell phones and move so they do not run out to change to the local area code.
