No. Unfortunately, it can't ever be titled as far as I have ever found. I believe it can be exported and titled out of this country or used as parts here. Now if you had a dealer plate, you might be able to drive it......

Says it's sold.
Unfortunately I had a Florida with a certificate of destruction title. Was never able to find a way to get it done. This will probably be parted out?

For some reason Florida likes to issue certificates of destruction on vehicles. I am not sure why on this particular one, but I have seen many vehicles that way through the insurance auctions that leave you scratching your head as to why. Many of these get shipped out of the country and titled where a bill of sale is all that's required. When I have bid on vehicles , it will show the location of the bid placed during the live auction. I have seen Yemen, Guatemala, Mexico, UAE . Must be a lucrative market.
