Yup, my old car that I've had for 10 years and pieced it together. He has owned it for almost a year. Interesting...

Appreciate the offer guys, sorry, not for a few years MAYBE. I'm going to get my Shelby when I retire too.
3565 was 10 years of piecing together and finally had enough. Still needed a good amount of work and engine tuning. Engine had all new gaskets installed after internals were inspected in 2009. Eng has 100k miles from a black donor in FL. I sold it for $12k. He shipped it from NY to CA. I can imagine he put about $2k into plus labor or did it all himself. Nittos were purchased in 2010-ish and have maybe 25 miles on them. Almost complete rebuild, I just had enough with moving and deploying all the time. Funny, I'm actually in Germany again as of yesterday for the next 9 months, then moving again when I get back. Now I'm happy with my all stock Teal/black that I NEVER have to touch.
I'll answer any side bar questions on 3565 if needed, but ask seller first, I'm not getting paid for the sale lol

That's about right. I'd say no more than $15k. With purchase price, shipping, and finishing what I didn't, he might walk away with $1,000-$1,500-ish

This guy just sent me a 2nd chance offer on ebay for $12,800. I was watching the bids and noticed a couple bids got retracted so I stopped bidding. He said the buyer never responded or sent a deposit. Just funny he sent that within a day of the auction ending. Sounds a little like one of his buddies bid it up and now he just wants to get rid of it.

Oh yea. I used to sell a lot on there. Got tired of dealing with people that didn't pay or bitched about everything. Just said screw it and quit selling on there all together.

If he got everything fixed the way it should be and installed a new exhaust, $12,800 is a great deal. I've put a LOT of brand new parts into this car. Hell, even has a brand new 190 fuel pump that I think I forgot to tell him about. If it was closer to me, I'd probably buy it back. It would be me paying him $800 for doing all that work plus labor and his loss for shipping to himself.
