1993 SVT Mustang Cobra

The inaugural year for the SVT Mustang Cobra, 1993, was also the last for the Fox-body Mustang. As such, the 1993 is the only Fox-body Cobra produced. Developed quickly with the use of off-the-shelf parts such as GT-40 cylinder heads from Ford Racing, the 1993 SVT Mustang Cobra boasted 235 horsepower from its 5.0-liter V-8, as well as larger vented front and rear brakes. Available only with a Borg-Warner T-5 manual transmission, the SVT Cobra’s 0-60 mph time of 5.7 seconds offered a distinct performance advantage over the mainstream Mustang GT. To help set it apart, SVT added subtle exterior enhancements, inducing a restyled front valance with round fog lamps, unique 17-inch seven-spoke alloy wheels, a rear deck wing and special Cobra badging.

Original selling dealer is located in Santa Fe, NM. Cars originally sold in Denver, CO would also have that on the window sticker. I believe the EEC-IV was calibrated a little differently for these cars.

If this car was a Red/Black combo I'd be all over it

I think this is the same car that sat on Autotrader for the last year and a half for $32k ish. It just dropped off Autotrader about a month or so back.

X2 it was in Raleigh NC not far from me on autotrader like you said. If someone can post the Carfax it might show.

I'm local to this car if anyone wants it checked out. I didn't think from the pics it looked like a good example of 6k mile car, but I haven't checked it out up close...

I thought you were holding out for a Red/Black!

I am still holding out for Red/Black combo, just thought it would be nice of someone who lives close to check it out and give his opinion on the car for those interested.
