Looks pretty nice, close to me too.....But the drivers cobra facing forward is a tell it's been in an accident/repainted. No?

Edit: listing says 'just repainted'. Perhaps owner was ignorant of the way the drivers cobra emblem should face and it's not been in accident...

Not a bad looking car or asking price imo, back seat has been out of it.

Red/gray leather 93k miles $14500

This car was for sale last summer/fall. Guy said he bought it to do the Hot Rod Power Tour and then put it up for sale. I can't remember if I ran a Carfax or not but I was thinking maybe it had been in a minor accident.

I was looking because I want to run the Power Tour again and wanted to take a 93 Cobra as well. Good looking car.

Red/gray leather 93k miles $14500

Here are the details on this car from an Ad I found.

I bought this car in February to go on the Hot Rod Power Tour. This car has the million mile speedo available only in NY. At some point the mileage was reported incorrectly and later corrected but the title never reflected the correction and is thus stamped True Mileage unknown. This car is very clean and I believe the mileage shown is the actual mileage as it could not have rolled over 1 million miles. I have the carfax on it but it is inconclusive. The motor was out when I got it so I had everything checked at the machine shop. Bores were honed and rods resized before being assembled with all new bearings, rings, freeze plugs, E-303 cam, New oil pump with hardened shaft, freshened up heads with MLS gaskets and ARP bolts. The intake is factory, never ported, 65mm throttlebody and 24lb injectors. The stock computer has been replaced by an A9L for a better tune. I went through this car front to back, everything that needed replacing was replaced. The fuel pump is a 340lph, great if you want to add a blower. Radiator is an oversized 3 core copper/brass. Exhaust consists of Ford Motorsport Stainless shorties, BBK 2-cat h-pipe, Flowmaster mufflers and 2-1/2" stainless tailpipes. Motor mounts and trans mount are new. U-joints are new and the aluminum driveshaft was rebalanced. Front tires have 4K on them from the trip. Rears have more wear but are still in great shape. The wheels are OEM wheels that were chromed when the car was new. They still look very nice but are starting to peel here and there. Paint is really nice, hood, pass fender and nose are not originals, must have had a fender bender, which is why it was repainted, no evidence of an accident on the carfax. There is a slight mismatch of color on the nose but they all seem to have that. There are a couple small dents on the roof that could be taken out by paintless dent removal, they are so minor I couldnt get a good pic of them. Sunroof weatherstrip is new as is the headliner. Driver seat shows some wear but no rips or tears anywhere. New Headlights have been upgraded with HID kit and fogs with yellow bulbs were rewired on separate circuit with a relay for safety and independent operation. Radio is aftermarket and there is an amp mounted on the back of the rear seat. A cup holder replaces the ashtray door but looks factory. Lighter was relocated to the panel below the radio to be used as a cellphone charger. Transmission was rebuilt with new synchros and it shifts like butter with the Pro 5.0 shifter and stock handle. This car is very stock appearing save for a few upgrades here and there. It rides like a dream with the Eibach progressive springs and Bilstein HD shocks and struts. It does everything its supposed to, stays cool in traffic, rides along easy at cruising speed and we even got over 20 miles to the gallon on the Power Tour. You wont be disappointed with this car, no headaches or surprises, just tasteful upgrades that wont hurt its originality or value. I have the Carfax, SVT certificate, Title from when I bought it, Cobra Sales Brochure in original envelope, Emissions Report, and all receipts from the restoration. The car was just professionally detailed and is clean as a whistle. Thanks for looking and feel free to ask any questions prior to buying. Car is located in Watertown CT.

Good write up and honest seller. This would make a great driver for someone that doesn't want to spend $25k+. I bet he would take $13k. I have looked at a ton of fox mustangs and I see the front bumper cover, passenger fender and hood sticker missing on more than I can count. There must be a magnet on the pass fender. ;)
