This car is 45 mins from me. Talked to the owner last night very shortly after it was listed on ebay. He seems like a pretty straight up guy. The reserve 25k. I wish it didn't have plate holes and undercoating.

Undercoating is minimal.

Teal cloth with factory exhaust..........that's where it's at. Just looks to need a full detailing, inside and out.

I've about came to the realization that at this point in time as these cars get harder and harder to find that front plates and undercoating are less and less of a big deal on the right car. Ideally a non undercoated no front plate would be nice.

Yup.

Personally, I never cared about the front plate thing, still don't.

I agree with SPEEDFREEK these cars are getting harder to find and some of our concerns we have/had now won't be any issue 10yrs from now....

I assure you I hated front plate holes 10 years ago and I will still hate them 10 years from now. These cars are NOT as rare as every one acts like they are. You just have to pay a lot more for the nice ones now. I would argue that these cars are easier to find now than years ago because of technology. Within hours or sometimes even minutes of one being listed no matter where its listed for sale it is shared across several different forums and facebook groups that Im a part of. There is a hand full of 93 cobras for sale on any given day and the super clean one still pop up fairly often. Just got to have deeper pockets now.

I've always said this and agree. If somebody is just looking for 93' Cobra and not particular about options, color, or mileage, they can be had for a relatively small sum of money.

Where it gets tricky is finding the low mileage cars with say cloth, factory exhaust intact, etc. I've seen plenty of sub 10k mile cars with chrome wheels and a cut cat-back that people steer away from because the car isn't original.
