Trade for 1993 Cobra Part 2.
Here is a brief rundown of what i'm interested in doing. I'm really looking to trade straight up or I can add a nice 12 second Fox Body as well for a clean 1993 Cobra. The Cobra must be nice. A built one is preferred. Red or Teal or black considered.
2004 Mustang GT original black on black car with about 64,000 miles. A friend and I purchased it from the original owner.
MMR 5.0 Stroker motor. Cobra crank, H-beam rods, Forged Pistons, upgraded billet oil pump. The motor has about 4-500 miles on it. The heads are stock but cams are aftermarket. It has a trick Flow intake and brand new return Fuel system with Magnafuel pump, sumped tank, Fore rails etc... The turbo kit is a Hellion single Turbo with 76mm Turbo, Procharger intercooler and BOV. It has Tubular K-member and all Custom full exhaust with electric cutout.
The trans is a Dynamic t-400 with 9 inch Converter. It has upgraded parts and a Trans brake. The rear is fully built with Detroit Locker, 31 spline axles and C-clip eliminators. It has brand new Black chrome Cobra knock offs and M/T 18 inch tires. The interior has a rear seat delete, Black leather buckets SCT tuner brand new Chromoly 6 point bar with swingouts which is all tig welded by Precision Chassis in PA.
The car just made 666 RWHP and over 600 lbs TQ on a 21 psi tune. It has a 12 psi tune also. I ran the car down the track on the 12 psi tune driving out like grandma ( 0 boost launch) and ran 10.71 @ 128 with a 1.57 60ft.
These are very basic details of the car. Plenty of more information available if someones interested. This is definitely a 9 second car on pump gas. I didn't get a chance to make any passes at 21 psi. The car needs paint because it has all Cobra body parts on it. There's a few other small things that need to be completed but little things. I drove the car 80 miles to get tuned and back so it's pretty turn key mechanically.
Price is $15k or really looking to trade for a super nice '93 Vibrant red cobra. I also have a real nice '86 built Fox body to throw in on something that's built professionally or low miles.

Now that's more like it! Certainly more intriguing than a Chevy truck.

haha. Thanks
I'm not really sure I want to get rid of it as the fun has just began. However, I want to build a nice Vibrant red Cobra to hang on to for a long time.

Re: Trade for 1993 Cobra Part 2.
Haha. You guys are awesome!
I have been around fast cars my whole life (nitroused 10 second cars and Turbo GN's) and nothing has ever introduced power like this car. You could never use the 21 psi setting on the street you'd be dead before the end of the day. lmao. I took a co-worker for a ride today after work who has a 12 second LX Mustang and I could tell he thought I was blowing smoke about the power this car makes. As soon as he got in the car I could tell he was nervous about climbing over the roll bar and moving a helmet out of the way. I told him he has to buckle into the 5 point harness to but I was joking. He started saying the famous last words like " I get it man, just keep it easy.."
I hit it with 12 psi pump gas meth tune just once. We were under power for about 5 seconds and he was holding on to the roll bar with his whole arm wrapped around it lmao!! I knew after about 3 seconds I would hear it....."Stop, Stop, Stop!" HAHAHA This fool was dead white and spent the whole ride back laughing like a girl. He's probably on the Corral shopping for a Turbo right now.lol
The best part was the car left 2 100Ft BLACK tracks. It wasn't event hooking up. I said next time we'll go out on the highway and turn it up to 21 psi (double the Boost!!)
LMAO @ Christine!!

This actually went over my head.JohnLynch wrote: No but dont like the sign of the devil read his hp rating
The car made over 500 at 12psi. We changed out the plugs and cranked it up to 21psi. I was standing in front of the car and started to think about all those dyno fail video's so I jumped out of the way.
When it pulled and stopped at 666 we all looked at each other and said "uh, Let's pull it again," lol.

Re: Trade for 1993 Cobra Part 2.
If I get a Cobra i'm going to shoot for 800rwhp. I'm going to put a 363 Boss Block in it with an F1 Procharger, fully built rear, fully tubular suspension, fully custom brake setup. I just want to build my idea of the ultimate Mustang and than never get rid of it. It will be a full blown reliable street car that looks dead stock.
