As in idle RPM's?

If you are letting the clutch out quickly at low RPM's and essentially idling in gear with the car bucking, it's just slop in the drivetrain. Give it a little gas and SLOWLY release the clutch and you won't have that problem.

RPM idle .letting clutch slowly still the same ,give it a little gas still bucking .

Most of my Mustangs do the same. Give it some gas and let out the clutch while feeding-in more gas and it won't buck. Don't try to idle in first gear.

At this point, a skilled mechanic may be helpful. Good luck.
