Cobra R Strut Tower Brace

anyone know what brand strut tower brace came on the cobra r? i bought a strut tower brace and sure enough it didnt clear the upper intake like i figured it wouldn't...doh! :roll:

i know the steeda will fit, but was curious if anyone happend to know who made the strut tower brace that came on the r model...

Ford, as far as I know. It's not that great. i like the aftermarket on my teal 93 better.

A Kenny Brown strut tower brace will clear a Cobra intake.
