All stock except for a Flowmaster cat-back and a K&N filter in the origional air box. The stereo is also an aftermarket unit.

Other then a few rock chips and one spot on the rear bumper cover, the origional paint is nice. The rims are origional polished, and one has a bit of curb rash on it, but otherwise nice a clean. It does have an alarm and ignition disabler on it. It has power windows and locks, power seats, rear window defroster and air. It is so much fun to drive. I picked it up about 150 miles away. Unfortunatly, it rained a good part of the way home, so I didnt get to air it out much. I didnt realize how much I missed my 79 LX until today. Man I love this car!!! :D Will get some pic up as soon as the weather changes for the better.

Looks beautiful man. I'm not a fan of chrome wheels, but in those pics they don't look to bad.

Not to get off topic, but if your friend does plan on selling his teal 93 in a couple weeks, shot me some info. I may be interested.

I talked to him today and showed him my car, and to tell him that obviously I was going to pass on his. He says he is going to sell it, and said he had another guy ask him about it this week. He is on the west coast in Cali, which would be quite a distance from you, but I will tell him you may be interested in it.

I looked at his close for the first time today. It has 106k on it and looks every bit as good or better than mine with 33k. His has a a few spots in the paint and on the wheels that need attention. He seem my polished wheels today and loved them. I'm thinking he may had his polished as the (atleast the one I was looking at) had some flaking on it. It has the sun roof and air, power windows and such. It's well worth 10k and I was going to buy it but he was just not ready to sell at the time.

What exactly do you mean by "areas that need attention in the pain?"

Just let him know you may know someone who is interested. If he can, get some pics, as they typically speak louder than words. He can email me at notchnotch2000@yahoo.com

Also, I happen to know someone else who is currently hunting a 93 Cobra in that price range. I told them I would pass along any red or blacks ones, and any teals ones I didn't want. :)

Attention in the paint. A spot on the rear bumper where paint flaked, in the grill near the Mustang badge some of the clear coat is flaking, stuff like that. Not sure if he even has an internet account, so emailing might be out. I paid 12k for mine, so other than the extra miles on his, 10k is a good deal, IMO.

I talked the guy down from 14.5K. I don't think he wanted to sell it that low, but he had other obligations (bought a jeep and such) so he needed to sell it. I actually paid 12.2K, but still a decient price. Much better than 14.5 K.

I seen one on the net somewhere that had 12 miles on it. Guy bought it and put it in the garage and never drove it. It haddn't even been dealer serviced (prepped) and still had the plastic on it. He was asking 30K for it. Wonder if he'll get it. If he does, it will drive the prices of all of them up, much like Barrett-Jackson has done with the Shelbys and Hemi cars. I'm going to insure mine for 18K just to make sure if it get's stolen or a total loss. I gotta believe they have started to make collector status and the prices will be going up in the future. The SVO Mustangs are another one that I predict will be one of the next collector cars.

SVOs will always hold a spot in certain peoples heart, but thats a special group. Any foxbody guy loves a 93 Cobra. It took ford 14 years to perfect it, and ford decides to give their masses of 5.0 fans one hell of a going away gift.

Yeah, it's a mirror! The rims themselves were getting a bit tarnished. Bought one of those Mother's mini polishing balls tonight and some of their liquid polish. WOW!!! Way better than doing by hand, and it does a nice job.
Gonna have to get some more pics now that they are REALLY shiny. The ball gets all nasty black, but it washes right out with soap and water. Walmart was 6 bucks cheaper than kragen on the polishing ball if anyone is interested.
