Can anybody tell me what type of spare tire my car should ahve and what it looks like? Is it cobra specific?

Mine's this funny little unpolished aluminum SVT special rim.
'93 #3593 Teal/Black cloth - *Sold* but went to a good home! Don't join the teal/black divorce club..
