A few years ago, one of my hood bumpers broke, so I bought a new one and painted it to match the original. I had a local auto paint store mix up a batch of teal underhood paint (they had the code) and put it in a spray can for me. The color is similar to the exterior teal, but with no metallic and single stage with no clear.
A few weeks later, the crummy aftermarket hood bumper plastic base broke, so I got a real one from a junk yard, painted it, and it's been fine since. It was nice to have the spray, I used it to touch up some other engine bay scrapes with a fine brush.
