169202 says its owned by a guy name jamie in registry but think he sold it.i think anotehr fellow bought it and drove it awhile.was sold around me,and was tryin to locate the owner of it now to see if it can be bought...the new owner i know bought a car from university worked at advance auto in durham .any help guys is appreciated...

What's the build number and color combo? Most guys know the cars this way, not by the VIN.

ok,heres the deal on the car.i know it sit at unniversity for in durham,nc on the showroom until 1999 or so,may have been bought or owned by the guy its listed on under the registry at one time.i think this to be from this car.he may have sold the car or traded it back in,but i knew a guy back then around that time bought a car from them unniversity and was a r car.he drove it to work and all daily,put a rear seat in it and a radio.he put alot of miles on it in no time,he worked at advance auto in durham at hillsborough rd store.he was a color guy and had me wondering what ever happened to the car.whos got it?anyway to see if the guy jamie under registry still owns this car or ......???maybe university sold more than 1 r car???i dont know but would like to find out if its still around the area....carfax??we all know the first 8 vins #'s,then the last..... 1facp42d 169202 having 1 vin # left out between them....hell idk

it is cobra R # 26 and yes it was te only one sold or at least delivered new to University Ford in NC.

I gave you the missing number in the vin = 3 so check carfax

had a friend that works for p.d check it out and says he cant find it in system,wanted me to double check that vin again....??
says he cant find anything on it in nc,or any surrounding states......idk

Your missing a few things, and you have an extra number on the VIN.

run carfax, it will tell you what state it was last in. then run the vin in that state.
