Sell '03 Cobra and fix up '93 or sell both and get '14 GT500

This is my dilemma. I can't continue to keep two cars and have a company car. Was leaning towards Coyote swap on the '93 but it would take SO long and consume SO much cash. Whereas the '14 can be purchased at very low interest and has all of the modern amenities (passenger airbag!). The '93 has been neglected a bit the last couple of years and needs some TLC. Anyone been in a similar situation?

i would keep the 93 , for the price of a '14 you can do lots of work to the 93. but if you have no time, sell the 93

Personaly preference I suppose. The new cars are easy to be drawn to with all the bells and whistles and HP right from the factory. Remember, even with a low interest rate, with taxes and insurance, the '14 will cost more than you think.
You could just sell both and get a really nice 93' with some tasteful mods?

It's a personal call, but I don't think anyone will hold getting a new 662 HP car with all the great modern content against you. If you can swing it comfortably, do it, and get the last Mustang that looks like a Mustang instead of an Aston.

Thanks for the responses so far. Insurance will go up about $40/month and taxes will be $1500-ish per year where I am. I'm looking forward to all the improvements Ford has made over the years plus safety is more important as I get older. I always wanted to order one new just the way I want and drive it only on nice weekends versus everyday and I'm in a position where I can do so.

When you put it that way it's a no brainer ... get the GT500.

a GT 500 would be nice. I would drive it everyday if one lived with me! Wonder how it would do with snow tires on it

I asked myself the same thing in 1994 and 2005, etc. That 2014 looks awesome today - not so much in say 2018, I'd bet. (Still going gaga over the 2003?) Buy what the hell you want and don't give a rat's *** what anyone else says. That's why I drive my 1993. It's very simple.
