Your always thinking outside of the box arent you?
I bet if it was well taken care of it still runs well. These things were built to run forever. I had a 71 Bronco with a 302 and it had close to 400k when I sold it 20 years ago, my Friend who bought it, still has it and it is still running on the same original motor.vinchez78 wrote:How well does a 300k mile car run??
X2. Change the oil and coolant regularly and don't beat on the 302 too hard and it will last a long time. Keeping up with the body is a little tougher, especially if you don't have a garage to put it in.DadzCobra wrote:I bet if it was well taken care of it still runs well. Depends on where you live too. Here in AZ, the sun can kill a lot of the car, but rust is almost non existent!Z282SLO wrote:X2.
