On the flip side of that, probably not the best idea to have custom wrap/paint on the side of the trailer showing exactly what is in it. I'm sure that made it pretty appealing to the lowlifes that took off with the car...

It's still very unfortunate for the owner. And just because you put a picture of your car on your trailer doesn't give someone the license to steal. That's what's wrong with people these days. No respect for anyone. Sorry for the rant. This type of stuff just gets under my skin anymore. Hope the guy gets his Cobra back. :spank:

Damn that really sucks, I woulda rather have the cobra back screw the truck. Man such dirtbags they will pay someday. I will say the trailer looked cool but would have been better off blank.

Theres a guy on corral that is selling red side skirts "still on the car in perfect paint" I asked what was wrong with the car and said I'd be interested in it. Response was "not for sale" and won't send any more pics. He's in LA but car could be anywhere

I know the guy selling those, he has also claimed he had a red car stolen years ago, and it was recently recovered and he was looking for some oem parts to put it back together,

$600 for all 4 pieces in MINT shape is a hell of a deal, I would buy them just to complete my OEM kit I Have, but don't want any part in that deal.

Maybe he will chime in and clear up this. Maybe he just scored a parts car. Happens a lot. This isn't the first post he has made, claiming he had MINT red Skirts, the last one claimed he had the front and rear cover. When I asked for the Vin # off the Vin Tag, he would not send it to me.

just saw this post and yes i was selling some cobra side skirts, and no nothing stolen if you asked me on corral to buy the car and i answered not for sale it was because i am not selling the car and i was only selling the skirts because i have extras and yes i had one of my cobras stolen and recovered but nothing was missing aside from the hatch key hole that was deleted but i found one already
