What's a wrecked 1993 Black/Black Cloth with 45k

Going to close tomorrow and trying to see if you "experts" can assist with a "guesstimated" value on the car. 1993 Cobra Black on black with cloth option. 45k miles has "CLEAN" title original SVT Certificate and book of receipts with it as well. It's a buddy of mine and he lost control at 90 and did some damage. (Obviously) Clean inside clean outside other than the damage. All original oem Cobra body pieces intact except for the Front and rear bumper cover. It will need frame work not really in front but he spun backwards and hit rear corner and jacked up drivers quarter and roof has dimple in other side. I was told by my body guy it can be saved but said frame machine will be necessary. Carfax is clean, still is this damage was never reported. Wheels are 8.5 to 9. Like I said paint is real nice but doesn't matter as most of it will need need repainted. It is coming with a new stalker nose which I'd rather use an original cover on the front also is coming with a the bbl ssi intake kit new as well. What would you guys generally pay for all of this. It is a running driving cobra. I hate to see it go to waste or be parted out. It's already starting to get lil "Petina" where it's been sitting out since the wreck. I appreciate all those who take the time to respond. I ended up having to sell my last project cobra car to help get my business going. Was hoping to pick up another. Thanks

3500 to 4000 everyone will say you can never fix it right or its only worth 1000, but take it to any insurance auction and see if I'm not right or I might even be low.

Well bought it worked a deal and going to pick it up tomorrow. Took the keys and title. Thanks to those who helped. I appreciate and value your opinions on here.
