Well, I finally got some seat time in the 93. I got a temp tag so it was street legal to drive into town for exhaust work. I had the aftermarket (catless) exhaust pulled off and the original stuff put back on. The guy did an awesome job. After the exhaust work it was off to a dyno state inspection site for full inspection and emissions test. It passed! Finally it was tax/title/license time.

I got quite a few looks and thumbs up, which sort of surprised me since it is not the latest/greatest. The car is fun to drive for a 21 year old vehicle and it's tight/smooth.

I see you have the gatorbacks on it. Did you just put the factory hpipe back on? How many miles are on it it looks great.

Yes, the original tires are on it and remarkably still in good condition. I put the original mid-pipe and mufflers back on it. The car had an off-road mid-pipe and Flowmaster mufflers which sounded excellent, but since TX tests for emissions and I wanted it all original, the OEM stuff went back on.

The car has 11,100 miles and is in great shape. I plan to do the following to make it better:

1. Lightly wet sand water spots/scratches and polish water spots out of exterior glass.
2. Replace 1 wheel that has curb rash
3. Replace aftermarket stereo with original (I have).
4. Fix broken ashtray door.
5. Replace parking brake rubber trim.
6. Steam vac carpet/floor mats.
7. Replace sunroof with one in better condition. (Buying)
8. Fix a few other minor items

I want this car to look just like it did when it left the factory.

Don't forget the plastic that covered the seats and steering wheel, the tab that covered the radio display, the plastic bag the front mats came in, etc., etc.
