Anyone know anything about this car? I've talked to the owner a couple times and he just bought it to resell. I'm looking for something like this but this one is a bit more than I was looking to spend.

Thanks for any info!

Make him an offer and don't worry about the Buy It Now price. He'll never get that much for that car.

This ^

Mods don't = more $$. In the 1993 Cobra market mods and miles detract from the cars value. Generally the closer the car is to stock the more it's worth and the black one on Ebay is faaaar from stock!

Nothing against a stock Cobra, but I'll take the vastly improved performance and enjoyment provided by my modified ride any day! The decrease in value (which is not always that much) of a properly and tastefully modified Cobra is more than offset by the fun to be had behind the wheel!

I've had stock 93 Cobras and I've had built 93 Cobras. I like them both ways but I'm just in the market for something that makes good power and can be driven 150 miles if I want to hop in and go. I could buy a decent one with heads or a blower on it for 9-12k but then I'm gonna turn around and spend more money on it making it what I want. That's the reason I'm just going to buy one already done and save myself a lot of money in the end.

Really impressive car, a 50K+ build for less than half price. But with no cage, I bet his 9.40 was the only one before they kicked him off the track. Still, damn fine sleeper.

Yup, this is a grudge night car built to hurt feelings and wallets not a bracket car built to win trophies.

Amen to that! I can always take mine back to stock if need be, but, I don't think I would have many problems selling for close / more than I have into it. :headbang:
