With the econmy the way it is, and the Bracket, I put the value no higer than 18K maybe 18,500. Just my opinion

Bet he wants more than that. And I know a guy who can erase plate bracket holes so effectively that you can't tell they were ever there. And he spots the paint in no more than four square inches. So the bracket is not that big a deal... here, anyway.
