Seller said he sold the Cobra along time ago so it's still out there somewhere. I thought maybe the car was totaled out.

Purchased new from the dealer 10 minutes from my house. Probably the car that I remember going to see in the fall of 93. The last two 93's this dealer had were a black with gray leather 93 cobra and a black on black 93 GT. Wish I could have bought it back then.

I kinda feel the same way wish I could have bought one in there prime time, I was ten years old that wasn't the first thing on my mind. It would be nice if the new owner of the car saw it and bought it to match it back up with the car.

I Googled the VIN and all you get are links to the ebay auction and this thread. Normally, when you google a valid VIN, you'll get all sorts of stuff including the free/generic junk from carfax.

I do think this car no longer exists.

Plus, with his original paperwork he has one of the later maybe 8 or so years old SVT certs. The original one's did not list the assembly plant.

Really? I thought they did. I know they changed the SVT logo, and of course the SVT names obviously changed.

Yea you think he would try to intact the new owner to see if they wanted to step up and buy it to match up with the car!

I have at least 3 different versions of the SVT Cert for my 93. The first 2 make no mention of the assembly plant. The assembly plant was added after Ford started building the 2005's at Flatrock (or whatever it is). So, that says the cert is newer then my original comment. Funny how easy it is to forget all this stuff.

The guys selling this stuff, is only interested in the money. I'm sure one of his buddies, is one of the bidders. Look at the bidder history, for this no reserve action. Why would the same bidder bid 4 more times to go from 10 bucks to 36 bucks, especially since it's a no reserve. This is seller is looking to grab more then what this stuff is worth.

Im the Highest bidder on it ...friend of mine wants it so i just placed my bid to the highest he wanted to go ..im thinking someone else bid on it just to see how high it would go ...
