My car has march underdrive pulleys installed. I ordered the alternator pulley and water pump pulley, but the crank pully is obsolete. Is there anywhere else that I could find one? Are they the same as the set in the ford racing catalog?

Quick question... How can I tell if my pulleys are factory? My lights dim a little at idle so I maybe it has underdrive ones on there.

All Cobras came with factory underdrive pullies on them.

To know if the are stock ones then look for Ford part numbers on them and call the dealer to confirm the correct number is on them.

My light dim a little too on mine but my 92 GT did the exact same thing too.

My 89 dimmed only when I had pullies on there. When I put the stockers back on, there was no hint of dimming even at idle.

Underdrive pullies sounds like something the previous owner would do to this car. Just like the 65mm TB he put on there. ...stuff it already has.

The 93 came with a different water pump and crank pullies but they don't match the size difference of most after market pullies. The cobras crank is only a tad smaller thanthe GT's. The WP pulley is smaller than the GT's as well to keep the car cooler. When I change out my pullies I had to put the factory WP pulley back on or the car would get to hot.

I sold my underdrive pullies after I took them off my 92 GT.

Stock pullies are on my Cobra now and plan on staying there.
