Ford Frontline Magazine 1992 Announcing the 93 Cobra

Post by uwisssh »

Ford Frontline Magazine from 1992 featuring the upcoming launch of the 93 Cobra and Lightning. This is the magazine Ford sends to the sales department to keep them up to date on what's going on so it's much more rare than the usual 93 Cobra literature out there. $40 shipped. I Prefer paypal.

Thats cool. I have a 93 SVT Promotion Video. It has road test with Jacky Sterwart. He Drives the Cobra and the 93 Lightning. I've only seen one of these.

Yeah you probably won't learn anything new in the article, at least if you are as obsessed with these cars as I am  Still it's a neat piece, I wouldn't be selling it but it's my 2nd copy.

Aaron - That's cool you have the actual promo video. I have a DVD copy from one of the guys on SVTP when he was giving them away. Too bad the original was only on VHS. Still really cool from a collectible standpoint though.

Not much action here so I moved it to ebay. Low starting bid if anyone's interested.

True but that's a starting price vs what I'm looking for. Cheaper to start the listing lower with their new fee schedul hope it will go up from there of course but I did no reserve so I'll let the market decide.

Thats the e-bay game and the way we all play it. For someone looking for one I am sure they would pay the $40 if you had a Buy it now.

I don't buy much paper stuff off e-bay. I bought a 93 Poster once, when I got it, the thing was destroyed and looked like crap. they Seller gave me some BS about I didn't asked to have it Insured. For what I paid I didn't think I had to.

Plus if he sells them he sould have had enough cense to put it in a round Poster tube. Live and learn I guess.

Added a buy it now on your recommendation, lol.

I bought 2 of those posters on ebay and both arrived in tubes and in mint shape (i'm assuming you're talking about the rare Ford poster with the stats on the back). Well, they used to be rare, I really overpaid for one of them back when they were tough to find. Now it seems there's always 1 or 2 on ebay. Probably a different seller though.

this is probably a stupid question but i'll ask it. anyone know if there is any way of knowing what # cars were in these ads? though it would be really cool if you could say that is my/your car in the posters or magazines.

I have one framed, and one in a tube. I've seen a few lately for $40. I think they're still somewhat hard to come by.
