Feeler on opal cloth front and rear seats

I have a chance to pick up some 03-04 Cobra seats that im thinking about swaping into my 93. Just want to know what a very clean set of opal cloth should bring if I decide to get rid of them. They have 90k miles on them but you would never belive that. The rears I would say are a strong 9 outta 10 and thats being pickey. the pass is 8 mabey a 9 after a cleaning. The drivers seat is non power and Has one tiny tiny hole that looks like a cig burn close to the ash tray. shows very little wear and would give it an 8 after a cleaning.
