It is a nice find, especially for the price. I come from Boston originally, so I know rust pretty well. I know that several of those chassis fasteners will strip or break off when you try to loosen them, and that a torch to heat them up first is not a bad idea - and was in the tool kit of every Boston area mechanic that had to do anything at all under a car.
Arizona has spoiled the hell out of me, we are used to 40+ year old cars and trucks where you can take any bolt under the vehicle, break it loose with a ratchet, and spin it out by hand. Anything at the junkyard too. Car nut heaven, I tell you.
That Cobra can clean up to a very nice car, but it would require a full tear-down of the chassis and much of the engine bay, lots of quality time with the bead blast cabinet, and refinishing all the small items before reassembly. But to me, that's all fun stuff.
