Will these fit the back of my car? Anyone running any size other than the 245-45-17?

Yes they will fit, on what size rim.

I just put a pair of 275/40/17 M/T radials on mine, You have to flip the quad shocks

They will bulge out some but it will fit.

I have a set of these on my Cobra and they look great, I did not have to do anything to the quad shocks.

Same here... 275/40 nitto DR's... nothing needed to make them fit.
