Which wheels will fit my Cobra?

Post by 93COBRAinAZ »

I am getting pretty frustrated trying to find some rims for my car. My stock wheels have some curb rash and they need to be repainted and I can't find anyone who can do it so I was going to just buy some other wheels and they all say"will not fit 1993 Cobra". What does everyone do?
Thanks in advance, Greg

You need to find ones with the corresct offset, you could always have them made.

Go over to svtperformance.com and search on this topic. There are folks who have made some changes to fit other rims.

The only part of this I know, is you change the front rotors to LX/GT rotors and you should be all set. I think there's some brackets that need to be changed in the rear, but not sure on that.

Do some searching and you'll find your answers. There are folks there who have installed the wider 93 Cobra repro wheels too....

Hope this helps.

Yeah, I use the stock wheels, when this cobra first came out that was one of the things I loved about the car. I like the stock apperence. The only thing I would change might be the hood.

Do you have a link to this place that sells replica wider wheels?
I've been searching and haven't found anything yet.
